We are EcoVadis certified, comply with the ISO 14001 standard, and use Eco Label certified products, prioritizing concentrated solutions.
We are also working toward electrifying over 50% of our fleet by 2030.

Social
NAZCA fosters a safe, inclusive workplace that respects human rights and diversity.
With over 50% women and 85% of the workforce directly employed, we promote flexibility through remote work contracts that define duties and rights.
We uphold and support workers' rights, including freedom of association and collective bargaining.
Since 2022, the NAZCA ACADEMY has trained and integrated young technicians into the workforce.
And since 2023, the role of Community Manager was introduced to lead social and cultural initiatives within our workspaces.

Governance

Our digital platform Navis allows us to monitor and trace all facility and property management processes—ensuring compliance and control.
We also use an online supplier register to guarantee safety and document compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008.
